Optics of Strongly Correlated Systems
Dr. Leonardo Degiorgi, ETH - Zurich
http://www.solidphys.ethz.ch/spectro/
I review the relevant optical fingerprints (based on my results) of correlation effects in heavy fermions as well as in organics (low-dimensional systems). This will give the chance to stress a few issues which can be discussed in details with informal (private) discussions during the week. Basically, I will make a general introduction on optics in correlated systems touching a variety of issues, obviously leaving the details for the discussions.
