The present experimental accuracy of deep-inelastic scattering experiments
demands very precise theoretical predictions for the structure functions
F_2, F_3 and F_L and their scale evolution.
We report on the calculation of the perturbative QCD corrections for these
structure functions up to three loops and discuss issues relevant for
their scale evolution to complete NNLO accuracy.
