The Sunyaev-Zel'dovich power spectrum is one of the new frontiers at the crossroad of cosmology and astrophysics, promising to tell us about global cosmological parameters as well as the physics of galaxy clusters and reionization. I will review the current status and discuss future challenges for this rapidly developing field.
